Meet the team! ... Angel Rivera


Today we introduce a second member of our team! Let's meet Angel Rivera, our Social and Customer Engagement specialist!


Hi Angel, can you tell us a bit about yourself?

I am Angel Rivera, my son and I have been living in East Kilbride, Scotland for more than nine years now.


How did you end up being involved with 37 GLASGOW?

Gregory (Creative Web Developer) and I go a long way! We used to work together in the same company a while back, and we often used to chat about our ideas for the future and how amazing it would be to work together. We very quickly realised we shared the same interests, ideas and fundamental principles. A few years later and we attended the same university. That's where we started discussing and giving proper thought to the creation of this collaborative.


What do you think are your main strengths and how does it benefit the collaborative?

I am a well organised individual, with a solid professional working experience and strong track record of exceeding customer service delivery. I enjoy resolving complex issues that require highly and accurate decision making to provide outstanding resolutions solutions.


And what is your role at 37 GLASGOW?

I am the first point of contact between customers and 37 GLASGOW. I oversee the gathering of information and interpret initial customer needs so we can convert that into an easily understandable business proposal.


Youn guys have a very broad statement goal 'bringing quality digital design to all'. How do you feel about it? Do you think it is achievable in this day and age?

Technology has advanced in recent years and it seems to be available to more people than it ever has been. Our goal is not only develop atttractive and unique assets but also outstanding quality products while being technically robust. We want to help small businesses achieve key company objectives and enhance communications between businesses and their customers. Every business should have access to those services.


How do you see the future for the organisation?

Our aim is to grow our client base and we are also looking forward to expanding our services soon.
